Our New England-style apartment buildings are nestled in distinctive campus settings of 45 acres of woodlands. Thoughtfully and professionally supervised, the buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained, providing wonderful indoor and outdoor environments. Our secure buildings feature intercoms, elevators and sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Each modern, pristine apartment offers individually controlled heat, and some include dishwashers and washer/dryer hook-ups. Services such as rubbish removal and mail pickup and delivery are also included. Our affordable monthly rents take care of the basics, freeing you to concentrate on life's more important things!
Monthly rents are some of the most reasonable in New England and include heat, water, use of common areas, snow removal, security, plus on-site maintenance and management. There are no entrance fees and no lease is required.
